Tic Tac Toe
Set di ciotole contenitori
Tic Tac Toe è un set di ciotole contenitori realizzato a mano dal maestro Shuji Nakagawa con l’antichissima tecnica Oke.
Forme e proporzioni sono quelle dei manufatti tradizionali realizzati con questa particolare ed affascinante tecnica, infatti l’innovazione di questo progetto sta nell’essere intervenuti a monte del processo produttivo: anziché realizzare tre diversi elementi è stato definito un unico, grande elemento tronco conico che viene quindi sezionato in tre porzioni di diversa altezza: questo permette un abbattimento sia di costi che di ore lavoro, rendendo questo set il primo ad essere ottimizzato in fase di produzione con questo sistema. Il set è liberamente componibile in varie conformazioni che con leggere varianti nella disposizione di fondi e coperchi si rivela essere estremamente versatile e collocabile in diversi contesti: dal living alla cucina, dal ristorante alla SPA.

Forms and proportions are the ones of the items traditionally manufactured made with this particular and fascinating technique, in fact the innovation of this project lies in having intervened at the base of the production process: instead of realizing three different single elements, a whole big element has been defined and then sectioned in three portions of different height: this allows a reduction of both costs and working hours, making this set the first to be optimized in production with this system. The set is modular and freely stackable in various configurations that with slight variations in the layout of funds and lids turns out to be extremely versatile and can be placed in different contexts: from the living room to the kitchen, from the restaurant to the SPA.
